We do not offer exchanges, cancellations or returns. If there is a special case where you receive the wrong item, or damaged item or we no longer have in stock the item you ordered, we will offer you an exchange.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return/Exchange Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We will issue you a return label if we are at fault otherwise the return label is the customer responsibility.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to be shipped back out from the time it was delivered to us.
